In collaboration with the existing Restaurant and Permaculture Garden in Lilongwe, Area 2, we aspire to provide a sustainable future for posterity: a world without (or with less) plastic, dangerous chemicals and toxic fertilisers, where humans and nature thrive in symbiosis, the way nature intended us to live and offer delicious, simple, genuine food prepared in traditional ways, directly sourced from nature.

Through food, culture, language, music and way of living, visitors can get to know and immerse themselves in a new experience. We seek to educate and facilitate a cultural exchange between the local community and visitors and try to bridge the gap between environmental concerns and human interests through practical education and the involvement of the Local community.
